The guided tour of our cellars will then allow you to lift the veil of the mystery of the naturally sparkling nature of Clairette de Die JAILLANCE, its slow maturing and its wonderful taste.

The voyage continues with "Carnet de Voyage", a little bit of fun which will allow young and old to appreciate the riches of the Die area.

Impossible to conclude such a visit without a tasting session at the "bubble bar" where, with moderation, you can taste Clairette de Die, Crémant de Die and Châtillon-en-Diois.
