Quiche de Quint
- Puff pastry with creamy goat's cheese, lavender honey, eggs from the farm and lavender flowers.
- Served with a fresh and crispy salad, with a spoonful of abricot chutney.
Ragout from lamb and eggplant, tomatoes, almonds
- Mix with chuck chops, bake and simmer with pepper, spiced salt, fresh coriander, cinnamon, cardamom, boil in applejuice for 1h
- Then add the vegetables, simmer for another 20minuts, use the almonds whole or shell them in the last 2minuts.
Tiramisu from the season
- Mix fresh cheese, egg yolk and vanilla sugar
- add carefully the egg white, the crushed speculoos below in the pot and add raspberries or strawberries from our neighbours garden
- then a layer of the cheese mixture, some fruits, another layer
- and to finish sprinkle with cocoa.

Chocolate Muffins and clairette Die
Ingredients (for 10 muffins):
- 150 g of dark chocolate
- 50 g of chocolate chips
- 250 g of flour
- 1/2 packet of yeast
- 100 g of sugar
- 25 cl of milk (a glass)
- 50 g of butter
- 2 eggs
Préparation :
- Preheat your oven to 200 ° C.
- Mix flour, yeast and sugar
- Add the milk, melted butter and eggs
- Melt the chocolate in a water bath and incorporate the mixture
- Add last chocolate chips
- Fill muffin cups preparation of this and put it in the oven for 20 minutes
