Quiche de Quint

• Puff pastry with creamy goats' cheese, lavender honey, eggs from the farm and lavender heads.
• Served with a fresh, crispy salad, and a spoonful of abricot chutney.

Lamb casserolewith eggplant, tomatoes and almonds

• Stir -fry the pieces of lamb with pepper, spiced salt, fresh coriander, cinnamon, cardamom, and then simmer in apple juice for one hour.
• Then add the vegetables, simmer for another 20minutes with whole almonds ( add sliced almonds in the last two minutes).

Tiramisu

• Mix fresh cream cheese, egg yolks and vanilla sugar
• Carefully stir in the beaten egg whites with the crushed speculoos biscuits and put in the bottom of the dish. Then and add raspberries or strawberries from our neighbour's garden
• Alternate layers of the cheese mixture with the fresh fruit

Chocolate Muffins and Clairette Die

Ingredients (for 10 muffins):

• 150 g dark chocolate
• 50 g chocolate chips
• 250 g flour
• 1/2 packet of yeast
• 100 g sugar
• 25 cl milk (a glass)
• 50 g butter
• 2 eggs

Préparation :

• Preheat your oven to 200 ° C.
• Mix flour, yeast and sugar
• Add the milk, melted butter and eggs
• Melt the chocolate in a "bain marie" and incorporate the mixture
• Lastly add the chocolate chips
• Fill muffin cups with the mixture and put them in the oven for 20 minutes
