Quiche de Quint

Chocolate Muffins and Clairette Die
Ingredients (for 10 muffins):
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 50 g chocolate chips
- 250 g flour
- 1/2 packet of yeast
- 100 g sugar
- 25 cl milk (a glass)
- 50 g butter
- 2 eggs
Préparation :
- Preheat your oven to 200 ° C.
- Mix flour, yeast and sugar
- Add the milk, melted butter and eggs
- Melt the chocolate in a "bain marie" and incorporate the mixture
